Lilikoi bread is easy to make and can be made ahead of time and frozen until needed.
* leave seeds in lilikoi juice if you prefer
Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix flour and baking powder together. Mix juice and milk to creamed mixture. Add dry ingredients a little at a time to the creamed mixture and blend well. Pour batter into two greased loaf pans and bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes.
