I remember eating this at almost every Super Bowl party growing up on the Big Island!
2 blocks kamaboko, grated
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup onion, grated
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
In small bowl, mix mayonnaise and grated kamaboko & onion.
Add garlic salt and mix well.
One of the best ways is over Ritz or Butter Crackers! The buttery-ness of the cracker complements the dip very well.
