Homemade Stew (Chinese)

This stew is made from chicken and vegetables. This homemade stew recipe is so easy to make, comforting and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz. pork
  • 2 oz. firm tofu
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1/2 green onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • salt
  • five spices
  • Aloha shoyu
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. cooking oil

Instructions
 

  • Slice pork meat, season pork with salt and five spice.
  • Slice green onion, garlic, mince 2 slice of ginger, slice half zucchini, cut 2 oz. of tofu to small piece.
  • Turn on heat, add  one table spoon of oil to wok or pot, add minced onion, ginger, garlic, add salt, 5 spice, add sliced pork meat, stir meat till changing of color, add sliced zucchini, tofu, fry for 2 minutes, add soy sauce, half cup of chicken broth, and half cup of water, mix.
  • Reduce heat to low heat, simmer for 5 Minutes. turn off heat, Ready to serve.

How To Serve:

  • Serve with white rice.
