Shoyu Pork

This Shoyu Pork is the favorite no fuss, go to dish. Everything goes in one pot! Simple and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs. pork butt, cubed
  • 1 c. Aloha shoyu
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 slices ginger, crushed

Instructions
 

  • Place pork in a large pot with remaining ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

How To Serve:

  • Wonderful served with steamed buns.
  • Serves 8.
