Guava Dressing

The original recipe was made with orange marmalade and was served to me on a BBQ pulled pork sandwich. I wondered how it would be using an island favorite, guava jam.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C. catsup
  • 1/4 C. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 C. guava jam or jelly
  • 2 + 2 TB + tsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Coleman’s dry mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a blender; combine all ingredients.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Season as needed.

How To Serve:

  • Makes approximately 1 ½ cups.
