Materials

  • 2 TB ginger coarsely chopped
  • 6 Cloves garlic
  • 3 TB fresh lime juice
  • 4 Thai chilies
  • 4 TB lemongrass, tops removed, ends crushed
  • 4 TB patis (fish sauce)
  • 3 TB palm sugar

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
  • Pulse to desired consistency.

How To Serve:

  • Makes approximately ½ cup.
