Yakisoba Sauce

Here at our Japanese specialty stores, you will find many, many different varieties of bottled Yakisoba sauces, each with a little different flavor. Make this in batches to have handy in your refrigerator.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ c. Aloha shoyu
  • ¼ c. oyster sauce
  • ¼ c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl; combine all ingredients well. Store in refrigerator.

How To Serve:

  • Use to flavor stir fried vegetables and noodles.
  • Makes good hostess gifts as well, pack with some dried noodles and a pack of chopsticks.
  • Makes 1 ½ cup.
