Orange Honey Shake

A take on a beverage I enjoy at a local health food store. The original version included protein powder meant to be enjoyed as a meal replacement. Very refreshing and a great breakfast pick me up.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oranges, peeled, 1-inch pieces
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender; combine all ingredients until smooth.

How To Serve:

  • Serves 1.
