Wiki Wiki Cream Cheese Dessert

This Wiki Wiki Cream Cheese Dessert is very simple to make and delicious! Great for potlucks.

Ingredients
  

Crust:

  • 1/2  cup sugar
  • 2 blocks butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Filing:

  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cans (8oz.) crushed pineapple, drained  (I put 1 can mandarin oranges)
  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding

Instructions
 

Crust:

  • Blend ingredients and press into 9x13 pan. 
  • Bake at 350 degrees F. till golden brown (12-15 min.). 
  • Cool.

Filling:

  • Whip cream cheese till softened then add milk. 
  • Add instant pudding.
  • Mix in pineapple, continue mixing for another minute. 
  • Pour mixture in pie crust. 
  • Refrigerate till set. 
  • Serve to happy guests.
