Equipment

Materials

  • 2 1/2 - 3 lbs. chicken thighs boneless, skinless (1-inch pieces)
  • Wooden skewers soaked in water 30 minutes

Garnish:

  • chopped green onion

Marinade:

  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Aloha Shoyu
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic paste

Instructions

  • In a shallow dish; combine marinade ingredients.
  • Marinate chicken pieces 30 minutes.
  • Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
  • Grill until cooked through.
  • Garnish with green onion.
  • Serves 4-6
