- 1 lb Pork Belly
- 1 lb Pork Butt or Shoulder
- 1 Round Onion
- 1 Large Tomato
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Dried Shrimp (Ebi)
- 3 Eggplant
- 1 bunch Long beans
- 1 small Long Squash
- 1 Tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 cup Patis
- 3 quarts Water
Cut pork bell and pork butt / shoulder into 1 inch pieces.
Fry with smashed garlic and ebi until brown.
Add water 1 cup of patis and tomato (cut into forths).
Simmer for 1 hour or until tomato is soft.
Add eggplant, squash and longbeans.
Cook for another 45 min. - hour.
Add patis to taste.
