- 1 lb. Graded Sweet Potato
- 1/2 cup Mochiko
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp oil
Grade Sweet Potato.
Mix mochiko, water and salt.
Incorporate wet mix into graded sweet potato.
Heat oil in a pan.
Scoop 1 spoonful of sweet potato onto pan and spread into a patty and fry till golden brown.
