Glazed Blueberry Bundt Cake

This blueberry bundt cake recipe is perfect for breakfast, coffee time or dessert!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c. butter softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. fresh blueberries

Glaze:

  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 TB milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Generously grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
  • In a mixing bowl; cream together butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Add vanilla. Onto waxed paper; sift dry ingredients. Into butter mixture; stir in dry ingredients alternating with sour cream, ending with flour.
  • Fold in blueberries.
  • Spoon into prepared pan. Bake 45-50 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Invert onto cooling rack.

Glaze:

  • In a mixing bowl; combine sugar and milk until smooth.
  • Spoon onto cooled cake.
