- 5-6 lbs. Pork Butt, cubed 1"
- 1 round onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup Patis
- 2-3 lbs Kai Choy
Cut pork up into 1” cubes, brown with oil, garlic and ginger.
Add onion salt and pepper and cover meat with water and cook for 30-minutes.
Ad patis and kai choy.
