- 1 T cooking oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1/2 cup Char siu Pork
- 1 cup chow fun noodles
- 1/2 T fish sauce
- 1/2 T sugar
- 1/2 T oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black Aloha shoyu
- 1 T homemade garlic chili sauce
- 1/2 cup of bean sprout
- 1/2 cup of Thai basil
Start with a hot wok, add oil and crack an egg and stir it up.
Add sliced Charsiu, broccoli and chow fun noodles.
Add fish sauce, black soy sauce and vinegar.
Then sugar (be careful not to burn the sugar) and the special ingredient the homemade garlic chili sauce.
Toss in bean sprouts and Thai basil and give it a quick toss.
