Ingredients
  

  • 1 T cooking oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup Char siu Pork
  • 1 cup chow fun noodles
  • 1/2 T fish sauce
  • 1/2 T sugar
  • 1/2 T oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp black Aloha shoyu
  • 1 T homemade garlic chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup of bean sprout
  • 1/2 cup of  Thai basil

Instructions
 

  • Start with a hot wok, add oil and crack an egg and stir it up.  
  • Add sliced Charsiu, broccoli and chow fun noodles.
  • Add fish sauce, black soy sauce and vinegar.
  • Then sugar (be careful not to burn the sugar) and the special ingredient the homemade garlic chili sauce.
  • Toss in bean sprouts and Thai basil and give it a quick toss.
