Pickled Onions:
- 3 cups red wine vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 red onion sliced thin
- 1 steak New York
Aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grainy mustard
How To Serve:
Put mustard aioli on a serving platter.
Cut Steak against grain and lay over the mustard.
Top steak with pickled onions.
