Turkey Ulu Burger
- 2 lbs. ground turkey
- 1 lb. cooked & grated ulu
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
Sweet Potato Chips
- 1/2 lb. Okinawan Sweet Potato
- Oil For Deep Frying
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Sweet Potato Chips
Slice potatoes thinly, heat oil to 350 degrees.
Cook potatoes in small batches until golden, crispy.
