Hawaiian Garlic Pepper Water

- 3 cups water
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 inch ginger, peeled, crushed
- 2 TB Hawaiian salt
- 3-4 Hawaiian chili peppers, crushed
- 1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
In a saucepan over medium high heat; combine water, vinegar, garlic, ginger and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Remove garlic and ginger.
Add pepper.
Allow to sit overnight.
Transfer into bottles.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes 1 quart.
