Hawaiian Garlic Pepper Water

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups water
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 inch ginger, peeled, crushed
  • 2 TB Hawaiian salt
  • 3-4 Hawaiian chili peppers, crushed
  • 1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan over medium high heat; combine water, vinegar, garlic, ginger and salt.
  • Bring to a boil. 
  • Remove from heat.
  • Remove garlic and ginger.
  • Add pepper.
  • Allow to sit overnight.
  • Transfer into bottles.
  • Store in refrigerator.
  • Makes 1 quart.
