Hawaiian Garlic Pepper Water

Yield: 1 Quart.
Materials
- 3 cups water
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 inch ginger, peeled, crushed
- 2 TB Hawaiian salt
- 3-4 Hawaiian chili peppers, crushed
- 1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium high heat; combine water, vinegar, garlic, ginger and salt.
- Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Remove garlic and ginger.
- Add pepper.
- Allow to sit overnight.
- Transfer into bottles.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Makes 1 quart.
