Wasabi Cocktail Sauce

A twist on a traditional Cocktail Sauce, served with boiled shrimp. Feel free to add wasabi paste according to your taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c. catsup
  • 2 TB prepared horseradish, to taste
  • 3 tsp. wasabi (Japanese horseradish) paste
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • pinch white pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

How To Serve:

  • Serve with boiled shrimp.
  • Makes 1 cup.
