A twist on a traditional Cocktail Sauce, served with boiled shrimp. Feel free to add wasabi paste according to your taste.
Wasabi Cocktail Sauce
- 1 c. catsup
- 2 TB prepared horseradish, to taste
- 3 tsp. wasabi (Japanese horseradish) paste
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
- juice of 1 lemon
- pinch white pepper
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
How To Serve:
- Serve with boiled shrimp.
- Makes 1 cup.
