  • 2 apple bananas
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 slice lemon
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 tablespoon omega oil
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups ice


  • Cut all ingredients into 1” chunks.  
  • Add ingredients to blender or nutribullet and blend.  
  • Serve immediately!
