Frank Abraham is no stranger to Cooking Hawaiian Style. In fact he is the co-founder of the brand with host Lanai. Ingredients
- 4–5 beef shanks
- 6 cups beef broth
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 2 bunches bok choy
- Hawaiian salt
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Bring the broth, beef shanks, onion, and tomato to a boil.
- Add the bok choy stems and simmer about 3 hours.
- Remove the bones once the meat is tender.
- Add the leafy greens and simmer another 10–15 minutes.
- Season with Hawaiian Salt, garlic salt, and Pepper to taste and serve over hot rice.
