Saint Patricks Pistachio Pudding Pie

Simple As Pie! Pistachio pudding pie that is...! This pie is perfect for Saint Patrick's Day and it couldn't be any simpler!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 chocolate or regular pie crust store-bought
  • 3.4 ounce package pistachio pudding mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 container cool whip*
  • chocolate syrup

Instructions
 

  • Beat pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes.  
  • Mix with 1/2 container of cool whip.
  •  Spread mixture into pie crust.  
  • Top with remaining cool whip (I actually used a whole container for mine) and chill for 2-3 hours.
  •  Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving and decorate as you want.

* I actually used 1.5 containers of cool whip
