Fried Tako Pupu

- 2 lbs. tako cleaned, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp. Hawaiian salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- for frying Vegetable oil
In a saucepan or deep fat fryer over medium heat; warm oil.
Sprinkle Hawaiian salt onto tako and mix thoroughly.
In a ziplock bag; place pepper, garlic salt and flour.
Add tako pieces and coat well.
Deep fry in small batches until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with favorite cocktail sauce and tartar sauce. Serves 6.
