- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1-1/2 cup Milk
- 1 can Tuna in water drained
- 2 cup Cooked rice
- to taste Salt & Pepper
Melt butter in pot low heat – add flour to make roue.
Slowly add milk.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover and bring to simmer until thick.
Add tuna.
Heat through.
Dish over plate of hot rice.
