- Salmon Cubed
- for garnish Green onions
- Salt
Tako Poke
- 1/2 lb. cooked slice tako (octopus)
- to taste Noh Hawaiian Hot Sauce
- for garnish green onions
Ahi Poke
- 1 package Noh Poke Mix
- 1 lb. ahi cubed
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Ahi Poke
Cube ahi, soak ogo in bowl of water for 1 minute. Chop ogo, add contents of poke mix and ogo, sesame oil and mix. Serve!
