Thai Garlic Shrimp
A quick and easy Thai Garlic Shrimp dish, packed full of flavor. I can't wait for the shrimp to be gone, to enjoy the cabbage with all the yummy sauce on it!!
Yield: 2 Servings.
- 1/2 c. peanut oil
- 2 TB Thai fried garlic or 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 lbs. shrimp, peeled
- 1/4 c. coconut milk
- 1/4 c. straw mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 2 tsp. patis (fish sauce)
- 1 c. cabbage, shredded; garnish
In a large wok, over high heat, sauté garlic until browned.
Stir in shrimp, coconut milk and mushrooms.
Season to taste.
