Serve this dipping sauce recipe either hot or at room temperature with your favorite tempura.

Instructions
Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat; combine dashi, soy sauce and sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
How To Serve:
For service, add daikon.
Optional to serve sauce hot or at room temperature.
Makes 1 ½ cups.
