Stir Fry Korean Fishcake
It is a very very popular side dish in Korea. It is savory and sweet. Super easy to prepare. I haven’t cooked this way before and it turned out much better than I expected, so I’m very pleased!

- 2-3 sheets of ready use korean fish cake slices
- 2 scallion leaves fine julian
- 1/2 onion think slices
- sesame oil
- sesame seed
- gochujang korean bean paste
- sugar
In a pan, heat sesame oil, add onion, and fish cake, stir well.
Add bean paste, a little water, sugar.
Toss evenly, last add scallion and sesame seed.
Serve with steam rice.
