Chad Cabral and his son Auloa join us. A local boy from Hawaii island Chad is the CEO of the Boys and Girls club of the Big Island. He helps service over 1,000 big Island keiki daily providing after school activities. What's unique about what they do is they also provide meals for the kids.
The Boys and Girls clubs are one of those programs that often go unnoticed for their good work. They are heroes in our city's big and small that keep our kids out of trouble and show them lots of love.

In blender add-in:

  • 1 medium size Banana
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 individual serving sized Yogurt strawberry flavored
  • 1/2 cup Flaxseed
  • 3 cups Almond Milk vanilla flavor,
  • 2 cups Ice
  • 1 hand-full Spinach raw fresh baby spinach

Instructions
 

  • Pour all ingredients into a blender and then blend ingredients together.
  • Pour into serving glass and serve.
