Spicy Crab Legs

The perfect pupu for your next get together or football game.  Can be served as a main course or pupu – Also goes well with shrimp or both!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs. crab legs, steamed
  • 4 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 4 tsp. ginger, peeled, grated
  • 4 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 tsp. palm sugar
  • 1/3-½ c. catsup
  • 2 tsp. sherry
  • 1 Thai bird chili, minced
  • 2 TB cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Garnish:

  • chopped green onion

Instructions
 

  • Place crab legs into large serving dish.
  • In a skillet over medium heat; saute ginger and garlic in oil until fragrant.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients until well combined and heated through.
  • Toss with crab. Garnish with green onion.
  • Serves 6-8.
