Spicy Crab Legs
The perfect pupu for your next get together or football game. Can be served as a main course or pupu – Also goes well with shrimp or both!
Ingredients
- 4 lbs. crab legs, steamed
- 4 tsp. garlic, minced
- 4 tsp. ginger, peeled, grated
- 4 tsp. vegetable oil
- 4 tsp. palm sugar
- 1/3-½ c. catsup
- 2 tsp. sherry
- 1 Thai bird chili, minced
- 2 TB cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Garnish:
- chopped green onion
Instructions
- Place crab legs into large serving dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat; saute ginger and garlic in oil until fragrant.
- Stir in remaining ingredients until well combined and heated through.
- Toss with crab. Garnish with green onion.
- Serves 6-8.
