One of my favorite ways to eat lechon kawali is with tomatoes and onions. Lechon kawali is similar to the crispy Chinese roast pork - so feel free to use that as well.  I just get mine from a Filipino restaurant or in Chinatown.  You can also get a recipe off of this site as well and make your own.

I love chicken pot pies and I love the taste of green curry so I thought I would put the two together and came up with this recipe.  I used leftover rotisserie chicken for this recipe, but you can use fresh chicken...just cook it longer.  I keep it simple using a store-bought crust..you can make your own or even us...
