1 block cream cheese

7 ounces heavy whipping cream

3 ounces cream

3 ounces passion fruit pulp without the seeds

1 egg yolk

1 egg white

~1/2 teaspoon gelatin

3 Tablespoons caster sugar

25-30 Oreo Cookies

2 tablespoons butter

Cooking Process:

Grind cookies in blender with butter until smooth. Put the cookies on the bottom portion cups and lightly compacted. Beat the cheese with the sugar, egg yolk and cream in a creamy lather.

Soak gelatin in cold water. Whip cream and add to cream cheese, stir gently.  Squeeze the gelatine from the water and diluted in 2 tablespoons warm cream.  Add gelatin and passion fruit pulp to the bulk and mix thoroughly. Beat the egg whites in a solid foam pieces and add to cream cheese, stir gently.

Press cookie mixuture on bottom of glass, then cheese cake mixuture.  Slowly put a layer of lilikoi mixture on the top, put in refrigerator and allow to set for 2-3 hours.
