Simple Choi Sum & Lup Cheong

A quick and simple recipe using sweet Chinese Sausage. Serve with lots of steamed white rice.

US Metric

1 bunch choi sum, 3-inch lengths

4 links lup cheong, ½-inch diagonal slices

3 tsp. vegetable oil


2 cloves garlic, crushed

3 quarters, ginger, peeled, crushed

1 TB oyster sauce

2 tsp. Aloha shoyu

1 tsp. sugar

Freshly ground black pepper

Cooking Process:

In a mixing bowl; combine lup cheong with sauce ingredients In a large skillet or wok over medium high heat; stir fry lup cheong in oil 2-3 minutes. Add choi sum stems; stir fry 2-3 minutes. Add leaves; stir fry 1-2 minutes until choi cum stems are tender. Serve immediately. Serves 3-4.
