Tofu Salad Recipe
Joshua Kahula is the lead singer of Maui’s own Nuff Sedd. An accomplished musician who composed and arranged many of the Nuff Sedd songs and helped to create the band’s cutting edge sound with musical influences from ska, reggae, funk, R&B, classic rock, alternative and pop genres. Ingredients
- 1-14 oz. package Tofu Firm
- 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Shoyu
- 1 tsp Ginger minced
- 3 Stalks green onion chopped
- 6 oz. package fish cake chopped
- 10 oz. bag mixed bean sprouts
Instructions
- Drain tofu and wipe dry.
- Chop into cubes add to bowl.
- Chop fish cake into cubes add to bowl.
- Chop bean sprouts into bite size add to bowl.
- Chop green onions add to bowl.
- Mix sesame oil, ginger, and shoyu in a separate small bowl.
- Pour liquid over salad in bowl.
- Refrigerate for an hour then serve.
