Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Graded Sweet Potato
  • 1/2 cup Mochiko
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Grade Sweet Potato.
  • Mix mochiko, water and salt.
  • Incorporate wet mix into graded sweet potato.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Scoop 1 spoonful of sweet potato onto pan and spread into a patty and fry till golden brown.
