This easy no-bake lilikoi cheesecake can be made and served in minutes or made ahead of time.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. graham crackers (20-24 crackers)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted Aunty Lilikoi Passion Fruit Butter
- 1 – 8 oz. Package cream cheese
- 1 – 8 oz. container Cool Whip
- 1 cup Aunty Lilikoi Passion Fruit Butter
Instructions
- Crush graham crackers and mix in 1/2 cup sugar and melted butter to make the crust.
- Press into a 13” x 9” baking dish.
- Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and Lilikoi butter.
- Pour into the crust.
- Drizzle the top with more Lilikoi butter.
