Kong Namul (Large Soy Beans)
A delicious and healthy snack!
Ingredients
- 2 pkg. large soy beans
- 2 Tbs. oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. Aloha shoyu
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- 2-3 stalks green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Wash the beans and snip off the long tails (to avoid toughness).
- Heat oil and garlic.
- When the garlic is browned, discard.
- Add beans and saut'e.
- Add shoyu and salt and saut'e again a few mins.
- Add green onions and sesame seeds and mix well.
- Remove from heat.
How To Serve:
- Can be served hot or cold.
- Serves 4.
