Kong Namul (Large Soy Beans)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pkg. large soy beans
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. Aloha shoyu
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 2-3 stalks green onions, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash the beans and snip off the long tails (to avoid toughness). 
  • Heat oil and garlic.  
  • When the garlic is browned, discard.
  • Add beans and saut'e.
  • Add shoyu and salt and saut'e again a few mins. 
  • Add green onions and sesame seeds and mix well. 
  • Remove from heat.

How To Serve:

  • Can be served hot or cold. 
  • Serves 4.
