Stuffed Lychee
An old classic dessert…. lychee stuffed with cream cheese and macadamia nuts.
Ingredients
- 1 can whole lychees
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 1 bottle Island Princess Hawaii macadamia nut
Instructions
- Drain lichee.
- Mix cream cheese with lemon.
- Fill cavity with a small portion of cream cheese.
- Insert macadamia nut and fill again with cheese. Serve.
