Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter 
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour 
  • 1-1/2 cup Milk 
  • 1 can Tuna in water drained 
  • 2 cup Cooked rice 
  • to taste  Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in pot low heat – add flour to make roue.
  • Slowly add milk.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Cover and bring to simmer until thick.
  • Add tuna.
  • Heat through.
  • Dish over plate of hot rice.
