Edamame Hummus

Servings 2 Cups Making.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 c. edamame, shelled
  • boiling water as needed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 stalks green onion, chopped
  • 2 TB Aloha shoyu
  • 2 TB lime juice
  • 2 TB rice wine vinegar
  • 2 TB mirin
  • 1 TB tahini
  • 1 tsp. wasabi powder
  • 1 TB olive oil
  • 1 TB sesame seed oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions
 

  • Place edamame in a colander.
  • Pour boiling water over edamame.
  • Drain.
  • In a food processor; place all ingredients.
  • Pulse until smooth. Season with salt.

How To Serve:

  • Serve with pita chips, crudites.
  • Makes 2 cups.
