Ingredients
- 10 oz. block tofu cubed, drained
- 12 oz. jar favorite kim chee coarsely chopped, drained
- 1 1/2 TB Aloha shoyu
- 2-3 sheets Korean dried seaweed crumbled
Instructions
- Arrange tofu onto serving platter.
- Top with kim chee and soy sauce.
How To Serve:
- For service; sprinkle with nori.
- Serves 6-8.
