  • 10 oz. block tofu cubed, drained
  • 12 oz. jar favorite kim chee coarsely chopped, drained
  • 1 1/2 TB Aloha shoyu
  • 2-3 sheets Korean dried seaweed crumbled


  • Arrange tofu onto serving platter.
  • Top with kim chee and soy sauce.

How To Serve:

  • For service; sprinkle with nori.
  • Serves 6-8.
