Ingredients

  • Hawaii Candy brand fortune cookies
  • 1 can kona coffee macadamia nuts crushed
  • 3/4 bag (8 oz). nestle white chocolate baking chips
  • Nonstick parchment paper to lay dipped cookies on for drying

Instructions

  • Warm up white chocolate in microwave about 30 to 40 seconds.
  • Dip half the fortune cookie in the white chocolate (cover that half well, or nuts won't stick).
  • Roll the dipped side of the cookie into the crushed kona macadamia nuts.
  • Lay the cookies down on parchment paper for drying.

Notes

Hints: If it’s too hot and humid you may have to “dry” the cookie in fridge. Don’t overcook the white chocolate.. warm up in increments of 10 seconds if you have too….all microwaves cook differently.
This is truly a cookie that keeps on giving. Don’t eat the fortune, you might forget cause it taste so good!
