Seared Ahi Poke Salad
This Seared Ahi Poke Salad features tender, cubed fresh ahi tuna seared to perfection, combined with aromatic sesame oil, and complemented by a touch of Hawaiian salt and chili pepper flakes for a burst of flavor. The white onion adds a crisp, sweet crunch that perfectly balances the rich, delicate taste of the tuna. Ingredients
- 6 oz Fresh Ahi cubed
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 white onion Sliced
- Hawaiian salt add as needed
- Chili pepper flakes add as needed
Instructions
- Marinade all ingredients before cooking.
- In hot pan sear ahi poke until medium rare, then toss it with shoyu, green onions, and place it on greens with tomato, red onion.
