Summer Fruit Salad With Grand Marnier
An elegant, zesty and tasty dessert. The combination of fruit makes for a delightful presentation.
Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon, cubed
- 1 cantaloupe, cubed
- 4 kiwi, sliced
- 1 c. fresh strawberries, quartered
- 1 c. fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- juice of 4 limes
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tsp. lime zest
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 4 TB Grand Marnier liqueur, to taste
Garnish:
- whipped topping, chopped mint leaves
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl; toss together all ingredients.
- Refrigerate 15-20 minutes.
How To Serve:
- For service: spoon into martini or margarita style glasses.
- Garnish with whipped topping and mint.
- Serves 10-12.
