Tofu Salad
A salad I have taken to potlucks or family gatherings. A tasty, healthy and hearty salad!
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup green onion and Chinese parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup Aloha shoyu
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 clove garlic smashed
- 1 block tofu cubed
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 flat can salmon
- 1 medium Maui onion chopped (or any sweet onion)
Instructions
- Heat up 1/2 cup oil and l clove garlic. When garlic browns, add in shoyu, green onion and parsley mixture.
- Cut the tofu into 1/2 inch blocks and place on a platter.
- Cube the tomato and spread over the tofu.
- Spread the chopped onion over the tomato.
- Place the salmon over the onions.
- When ready to serve, pour the oil mixture over the dish.
How To Serve:
- Serves 6-8.
Notes
You may also add watercress and beansprouts.
