Sweet and Sour Sauce
A go to dipping sauce to have on hand. Great served with fried Spring Rolls, any fried or steamed dumplings.
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 TB rice wine vinegar
- 3 TB catsup
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. Aloha shoyu
- 1 1/2 TB cornstarch
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat; combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Stirring until thickened.
How To Serve:
- Serve with Fried Spring Rolls, fried or boiled dumplings.
- Serve warm.
- Makes 1 ½ c.
