Ingredients
  

  • 3 large ripe avocado large dice
  • 1 vine ripened tomato diced
  • 1/2 small red onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 2 stalks green onion chopped
  • 4 stems cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons chili garlic paste to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • To make this Asian guacamole recipe, gently combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Refrigerate until ready for service.  
  • Serve with tortilla or corn chips or as a condiment on your taco's.
